a time when police violence against demonstrators carried multiply it is worth reflecting on where militants GANVE injured by riot police during the blocking action of the last convoy of nuclear waste destined for Germany.
We stopped the train hindering us towards using steel tubes where we were handcuffed. Conventional and non-violence has long been used by anti-nuclear activists.
During our rescue, five militants were wounded, three seriously in the hands, which is a first. Among these three, two have suffered 3rd degree burns causing ruptures of tendons, the latter having had two severed tendons directly by the blade of the grinder heat used by the CRS.
We filed a complaint for "aggravated violence by person holding public authority" with the attorney of Caen, who quickly filed this complaint without more ...
The prosecutor is misguided in the most grotesque justifications than the other: it puts forward in particular the "continuous cooling tubes" ... The metal tubes, white-hot by the contact of the grinder, have indeed been cooled with ... bottles of mineral water! She will also discuss the high-tech tubes, the great devotion of CRS ...
We will not here on hatred and contempt for law enforcement: insults, threats, spitting in the face. This essential aspect of policing was not even mentioned in the classification unanswered. Similarly as regards the shots grinder on the hand of one of us ...
