The trial was held last January 13. This Monday, February 21, 2011 at 14h was given the decision of the civil disobedience action.
Result: found guilty but exempted es-es penalty (criminal)! 6000 euros in damages for RTE (the transmission system of electricity transmission), instead of 830,000 euros needed!
Unfortunately we did not obtain his release. The judge has convicted but for a crime he considered minimal. It took into account the context activist, the seriousness with which the action was made and we therefore exempted from punishment.
We believe he has heard our arguments on the aberration of its nuclear revival, and the impact of lines Very-High-Voltage (EHV).
RTE does not get the money he demanded disproportionate. He tried, unsuccessfully, to pose as the victim. The victims are the people impacted by the high voltage power lines existing and planned.
